With over 31 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, Sara A. Johnson has devoted her life to caring for others. Over the years, she has witnessed the profound impact that true wellness—mind, body, and spirit—can have on a person’s life. Now, as a nurse coach, she blends her deep medical knowledge with a compassionate, heart-centered approach to help clients rediscover their inner strength and well-being.

Sara believes in the power of connection, trust, and gentle transformation. She walks alongside her clients, offering encouragement, insight, and unwavering support as they embrace a healthier, more balanced life. Through a holistic approach, she helps each person recognize their own ability to heal, grow, and thrive—because true wellness begins from within.

Sara is the founder and owner of Growth & Gratitude Nurse Coaching PLLC, where she offers personalized coaching that nurtures both physical and emotional well-being. She earned her Associate Degree in Nursing from Western Iowa Technical Community College in 1994 and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Dakota Wesleyan University in 2019.

Sara and her husband live in rural South Dakota, where they enjoy life on the ranch with their three grown children.
